Supplier Relationship Manager - Professional Services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage supplier performance against contract requirements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive innovation, efficiency, and business development opportunities.
  • Provide regular management information reports and updates to business stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contract supplier management, ideally across Professional Services.
  • Good understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance activities.
  • Experience of building and maintaining effective relationships at all levels.
