About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to oversee our supplier relationships and drive value.
You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of suppliers, developing and implementing a Supplier Relationship Management framework, and ensuring suppliers meet our expectations.
As part of our team, you'll lead a small team of supplier relationship managers, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth, effective, and efficient supplier management.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Supplier Relationship Management, you'll play a critical role in shaping our procurement strategy and enhancing our supplier relationships.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you'll need proven experience in supplier relationship management, with a track record of influencing stakeholders and delivering results.
You'll be comfortable managing multiple suppliers, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, and leading a team to achieve high performance.
