Job DescriptionRole Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Impact Ecosystem Navigator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to navigate complex ecosystems and develop effective behavioral strategies that drive meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Navigating complex ecosystems to identify opportunities for behavioral change
- Developing and implementing effective behavioral strategies to drive meaningful change
- Collaborating with clients to co-design and implement behavioral strategies
- Providing guidance and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in behavioral research and strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective behavioral strategies
- Strong research skills, including qualitative and quantitative methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
