Climaate Impact Partners is looking for an Environmentally-aware professional to manage its Nature-based Solutions (NBS) projects. This challenging role requires someone who can work collaboratively with partners and colleagues to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with these projects.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex relationships between various stakeholders involved in NBS project development.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with local partners and stakeholders to develop effective solutions for NBS projects.
  • Conducting thorough risk assessments and identifying opportunities for improvement in project management processes.
  • Liaising with colleagues and external parties to address any issues arising during project implementation.
  • Providing training and support to junior staff members on best practices for NBS project development.
  • Monitoring progress towards project goals and recommending adjustments as necessary.

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered, along with other benefits such as hybrid working, 25 days paid holiday, enhanced pension scheme, LinkedIn Learning License & Professional Training Budgets, Summer Fridays, Working from Abroad (up to 4 weeks a year), Mental Health First Aiders, and Global Volunteering Day.
