Job Overview

We are seeking a Business and Sustainability Director to lead our sustainability efforts across all art fairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations, with a passion for sustainability and environmental impact.

This is a permanent role based in our London office, offering a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including pension, season ticket loans, and wellness weeks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a group-wide sustainability strategy, aligning with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management teams to drive sustainability initiatives across all art fairs.
  • Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sustainability progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build relationships with suppliers, venues, and contractors to promote sustainable practices and reduce environmental impact.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff and stakeholders on sustainability best practices.
