At Morden College, we are seeking an experienced sustainability professional to lead our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our social impact and implementing high environmental standards across our services and properties.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in monitoring and evaluating social impact and implementing sustainable practices. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing a system and process for monitoring our social impact as a provider of housing support and other services to older people.
  • Assessing measures to evidence our progress and drive continuous improvement in delivering our services.
  • Putting in place robust measures for monitoring the social impact of our grant-making.
  • Developing data collection work to evaluate our social and environmental impacts and set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

You will also be responsible for leading strategic conversations across the charity to ensure we are focused on sustainability and impact in all our work.

We estimate the salary for this role to be between £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
