Job Title: Registered Manager
Company Overview: Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is a trusted provider of learning disability care packages with an exciting growth phase.
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (DOE) + £3,000 car allowance with travel expenses paid.
Job Description: As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of care and making a difference to the lives of individuals we support. You will report to the Operations Manager and have direct communication with patients, relatives, ICBs, and wider care teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To work as a Registered Manager, you must hold or be willing to work towards an NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care or a related topic. You should have a proven track record in managing and coordinating care for clients in a community setting, experience in developing and implementing care plans, and sound knowledge of the CQC framework.
