
Care Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Care Service Delivery Manager to lead a dedicated team at our leaving care services in Peterborough and Lincoln.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to vulnerable children and families, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development. Key responsibilities include managing a team of staff and sessional workers, planning and delegating workload and resources, and supporting performance management data and reporting.
About the Role:- Lead a team of staff and sessional workers in developing and maintaining effective practice and delivery of services to children, young people, and families.
- Oversight and control of Service User Recording in the team.
- A driver with experience in children's services.
- Experience in line managing people.
- A sound knowledge of Ofsted.
- An empathic person who can keep calm under pressure.
Estimated Salary: £38,427 per annum.
Location:Peterborough and Lincoln.
