Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary
Johnsons 1871 is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading high-performing teams and managing complex logistics. You will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning services are delivered to the highest standards, on time and within budget.
We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, plus benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of up to 10 cleaning operatives
- Manage site-specific documentation and undertake weekly audits
- Liaise with clients and monitor site delivery
- Investigate and rectify client complaints and concerns
- Maintain high standards of conduct and performance for yourself and the cleaning team
Requirements
- Monday to Friday - 07:30 am to 15:30 pm
- Ability to cover shifts over a 24-hour period
- Experience in facilities management or a related field
