Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Operations Manager to oversee our Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week. About the Position:

This role involves managing the smooth operation of our kitchens and service counters while delivering exceptional food experiences for our customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage food preparation and presentation to meet customer expectations.
  • Oversee culinary teams to maintain excellent food and customer service standards.
  • Maintain regular communication with line managers to track KPIs and targets.
  • Promote ESS's positive brand image through professional representation.
  • Foster collaboration between customers and culinary teams to exceed expectations.
  • Develop and support team members to ensure exceptional job performance.
  • Evaluate and refine processes to guarantee high-quality standards.

Work schedule: 5 out of 7 days.

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in catering or hospitality management.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

Annual Salary: £48,000 - £68,000.
