We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Hospitality Team Member to join our team at Anglian Country Inns, a family-run business with nine award-winning establishments across East Anglia.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience in our restaurants and bars.

We offer a competitive salary of £18,000 per annum, plus generous discounts on food and drink, a share of tips and tronc, staff accommodation, meals on shift, and a free drink every Saturday you work.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively as part of a team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests receive a warm welcome and a high level of service throughout their visit.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and a consistent quality of food and beverage.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy environment, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Engaging with guests to understand their needs and preferences, and using this information to provide personalized recommendations and promotions.
  • Assisting with the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring that all dishes are presented to a high standard.
