About the Role:

This is a seasonal position, working approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends. You will be required to work Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day as part of our busy Christmas period.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive sales growth by suggesting products and services to customers and promoting relevant promotions.
  • Contribute to a positive shopping experience by maintaining store displays and adhering to visual merchandising standards.
Requirements:
  • A reliable and flexible individual with excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of presentation.
