About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an Inbound Sales Specialist to join our team at Zero Surplus - Targeted Sales Recruitment in Kings Lynn. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for taking incoming calls from prospects, managing negotiations, and building rapport with customers to exceed monthly targets.

This is an office-based role where you will work closely with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. You must be forward-thinking and able to address any questions or concerns from the customer and assist them in making a decision based on their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking incoming calls from prospects and converting them into sales
  • Managing negotiations to achieve sales targets
  • Building rapport with customers to establish long-term relationships
  • Exceeding monthly sales targets

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
