We are seeking a highly driven and ambitious individual to spearhead our customer service and machinery parts division, playing a key role in driving the success of our business.
This site-based role involves taking responsibility for the service and parts area of the company, driving sales, handling customer satisfaction and relations, onboarding new staff, and overseeing technicians and engineers in this division.
The ideal candidate will have experience from a customer service and team management background and be able to work flexibly when needed to successfully manage their corner of the business.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our company as a Sales Team Lead and be part of our growth journey.
You will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and leading a team of technicians and engineers to achieve outstanding results.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £42,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus a bonus structure and 32 days' holiday (including bank holidays) and company benefits.
This is a Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm role with flexibility required when needed to successfully manage your corner of the business.
