Senior CRM Data & Planning Manager

Zachary Daniels is seeking a seasoned CRM professional to join their in-house team as a Senior CRM Data & Planning Manager. This role will play a critical part in bolstering the retail brand's performance and CRM data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer strategy, including acquisition and retention initiatives
  • Own the customer journey in the Bloomreach CDP and across all customer touchpoints
  • Manage customer database and CRM activities, ensuring optimal brand execution
  • Collaborate with the Brand Marketing team to drive business results
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in CRM data analysis, including SQL
  • Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills
  • Ability to manage third-party relationships, including Bloomreach
  • Analytics experience, including spreadsheets and data visualization tools
