About the Role

Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Data & Planning Manager to join their in-house team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective customer data analysis and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer data strategy to drive retention and acquisition
  • Own the customer journey across all touchpoints, including Bloomreach CDP
  • Collaborate with the Brand Marketing team to ensure optimal brand execution
  • Manage customer database and CRM activities, including data analysis and reporting
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including third-party vendors
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer data analysis, including SQL
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
