Senior CRM Data & Planning Manager

Zachary Daniels Recruitment is proud to represent an established retail brand as they seek a senior CRM and data professional to join their in-house team.

About the Role

The Senior CRM Manager will report to the Customer Director and take full responsibility for growing the database and increasing retention rates and CLTV. The role will own customer strategy, planning, delivery, and evaluation, defining and optimizing customer journeys in the Bloomreach CDP and across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Analyze customer data and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Work closely with the Brand Marketing team to ensure optimal brand execution
  • Measure and report on key performance indicators
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong drive for test and learn, with proficiency in customer data analysis and SQL. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

This is a hybrid/flexible working role, with 2 office days per week. The company offers a fantastic reputation and company culture, with opportunities for growth and development.
