Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Divisional Analytics Team at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for transforming hospital activity data into intelligence and insight to facilitate planning and delivery of our acute services.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multi-award winning team, using advanced forecasting models to predict COVID admissions, creating real-time operational dashboards, and gaining access to never-before-seen data flows. You will work closely with clinicians and senior managers to understand their requirements, developing reporting tools and providing intelligence to enable services to make better-informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Interrogate large volumes of complex data to turn it into actionable intelligence.
- Develop reporting tools and provide insights to support service planning and delivery.
- Work closely with clinicians and senior managers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Highlight areas of concern with regard to data quality and accuracy, and take appropriate action.
