About the Role

Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Data & Planning Manager to join their in-house team. As a key member of the retail brand's customer strategy team, you will be responsible for driving database growth and retention rates through effective CRM and data planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies to drive business growth
  • Own the customer journey in the Bloomreach CDP and across all customer touchpoints
  • Collaborate with the Brand Marketing team to ensure optimal brand execution
  • Manage and analyze customer data to inform business decisions
