Contact Centre Team Lead

Vistry Group is seeking an experienced Contact Centre Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Contact Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your leadership skills and drive excellence in customer service.
About the Job:- This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve response times.
- Supervise and mentor team members to ensure they meet performance targets and provide exceptional customer service.
This is a full-time position that offers flexible working arrangements, including part-time hours and job-share prospects.
