Sales Team Lead for Restaurant Platform Expansion

The Opportunity
This is a 100% remote opportunity with occasional travel to meet with clients and partners. As a Sales Team Lead, you'll be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team that drives growth and adoption of our platform in the London area.
Your Responsibilities
- Hire, manage, and develop a quota-achieving sales team
- Attract and retain elite Account Executive talent
- Leverage Salesforce to track, audit, and influence business performance
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of outside sales management experience with complex hardware and software solutions
- Demonstrated sales management experience selling into areas with limited or no market penetration
- A strong understanding of the Salesforce CRM
What We Offer
We strive to provide competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Our total rewards package includes a salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus bonus potential and excellent benefits.
