About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and outgoing EU Business Development Manager to spearhead our Italian market expansion. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for self-sourcing and qualifying leads, booking and attending meetings, and driving sales growth. With a strong background in 360 sales, you will have the autonomy to manage your own sales destiny and work closely with our Head of Sales to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Self-source and qualify leads to drive sales growth in the Italian market
  • Book and attend meetings with potential clients to build relationships and close deals
  • Work closely with our Head of Sales to develop and execute business strategies
  • Manage your own sales destiny and achieve business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Professional proficiency in the Italian language
  • 1.5-2 years of experience in 360 sales, with a strong track record of success
  • A highly driven and outgoing personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
