Digital Transformation Project Manager

As a Digital Project Manager, you will lead the development of project plans to deliver priorities agreed within delivery plans. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of assigned projects working within a programme and project management framework.
The post holder will hold accountability for delivering defined Digital projects across the Trust, within the resources available. You will coach and support your team to deliver new systems and upgrades to existing systems across the Trust.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project management of Digital projects
- Leadership and coaching of team members
- Development of project plans and delivery of priorities
- Accountability for delivering defined Digital projects
