Education Capital Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Education Service, responsible for managing development projects and programmes in a large complex organisation. The successful candidate will have a degree in a related subject and a successful track record in project and programme delivery.
About the Role
The Education Capital Project Manager will be responsible for liaising with schools, the Capital Projects Team and other colleagues to ensure projects are identified, commissioned and completed on time and within budget. This involves commissioning projects that are delivered by the Capital Projects Team but also academy trusts commissioned via grant agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage development projects and programmes in a large complex organisation
- Liaise with schools, the Capital Projects Team and other colleagues
- Ensure projects are identified, commissioned and completed on time and within budget
- Commission projects that are delivered by the Capital Projects Team and academy trusts
