Financial Director

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the month end process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, including P&L analysis and full balance sheet reconciliations.
* Manage working capital and cash forecasting.
* Conduct capital investment appraisal and review.
* Support the FC and Head of Finance with the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process to support decision making.
* Build effective working relationships with cross functional business partners to drive process improvements and deliver key business metrics and insight.
* Take control of stock management, recording and reporting.
* Work with internal and external IT partners to ensure the finance system meets business needs in delivering timely and accurate reporting.
* Review and develop financial policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA).
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
