Network Director

The Network Director is a key leadership role within the NHS, responsible for driving quality and safety across the Care Network. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of the Trust's Quality Strategy within the Care Network.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff, other disciplines, and patients to ensure high standards of care and service delivery.
- Manage the Heads of Quality, Safeguarding Nurses, and Nurse Consultants to achieve optimal patient quality, safety, and clinical outcomes.
- Ensure governance arrangements are in place, including risk management, health and safety, emergency planning, and Information Governance.
- Financial accountability and budget holder responsibilities for the Care Network, contributing to the Trust's overall financial performance.
- Advanced knowledge of healthcare priorities, quality, and current clinical issues.
- Expert knowledge of compliance, clinical governance, risk management, improving patient safety, and clinical effectiveness.
- Excellent report writing and data analysis skills.
- Travel across the Trust footprint as required.
- Willingness to carry out all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Trust's Equal Opportunities and Equality and Diversity policies.
