Role Summary
This role is responsible for driving sales of the entire Samsung MX portfolio into key Enterprise accounts. The Account Director will take ownership of a group of large existing Samsung relationships and will be measured against annual sales targets as part of the B2B annual management plan.
Key Responsibilities- Delivery of commercial targets across hardware and software
- Definition of the UK sales strategy for each nominated customer, identifying opportunities for growth and maximising the Samsung share of wallet
- Building engagement in accounts through regular meetings and calls to generate sales opportunities
- Understanding Samsung's security platform and products, including AI and 5G, and identifying new opportunities for growth
- Expansion of the Samsung customer relationship, including ownership of senior relationships with C-Suite and Director-level contacts
- Acting as the voice of the customer back into Samsung and introducing subject matter authorities into customer accounts
- Maximising the wider Samsung team by introducing relevant subject matter authorities into customer accounts
- Leading growth projects across the virtual team to deliver incremental revenue and wallet share opportunities for Samsung
- Proven experience of working at a senior level across Enterprise accounts
- Strong execution, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to act independently in and navigate around large, complex Enterprise organisations
- Shown sales background with the ability to meet and exceed targets and build a comprehensive sales pipeline
- Ability to communicate and network at all levels of an organisation
- Hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home per week
