Position Summary
The B2B Operator team is a key part of Samsung's B2B Division, responsible for driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships with leading mobile network operators. As an Account Director, you will lead the team in developing and executing commercial plans to drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Samsung's strategic engagement with major mobile channel partners.
- Grow commercial and personal business relationships to drive revenue streams through delivering business transformation solutions.
- Expand Samsung's value position as a strategic alliance partner.
- Ensure Samsung has strong partnership relationships with all strategic and operational leaders across the channel.
- Drive sales strategy to maximise growth opportunities for the business.
- Understand customer business plans and align with Samsung's business model and value chain.
Requirements
- Strong commercial planning and forecasting skills.
- Ability to present in senior customer and internal forums.
- Confident leader in customer engagement.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Resilient and able to adapt in a dynamic business environment.
