Position Overview

The Samsung Wallet partnerships team is seeking a dynamic professional to develop the valued partnership landscape for one of our largest growth product areas. As a Partner / BD Manager, you will collaborate closely with Payment Gateways (PGs) or Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to identify key merchant partners and develop strategic plans to on-board them onto our digital wallet platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop pitch materials and handle the full sales cycle to promote our digital wallet and payment solutions with online merchants.
  • Create a full BD programme in partnership with the chosen PG / PSPs and align on merchant targets / pipeline.
  • Negotiate new business agreements to secure wallet and payment partners, enhancing functionality and driving revenue and engagement.

Requirements

  • A consistent track record in handling Payment Gateway (PG) relationships, demonstrating the ability to negotiate and secure partnerships for digital wallet integration.
  • A deep understanding of the online checkout landscape, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities for enhancing payment methods.
  • Experience in leveraging Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to optimise checkout processes and drive conversion rates.
