Care Home Clinical Lead Opportunity

We have an exciting opening for a Clinical Lead to oversee the delivery of exceptional healthcare services at one of our luxury care homes in the North.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead and supervise a care team to ensure high-quality patient care
  2. Develop and implement effective training programs for staff
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  4. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and our organization's policies
  5. Collaborate with other departments to achieve excellent patient outcomes

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to £52,000 based on experience, plus benefits including a comprehensive induction program, pension scheme, and a dynamic work environment.
