About the RoleYou will be responsible for developing and executing customer loyalty programmes that drive repeat business and increase customer retention. This includes working closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, Digital, and Sales teams to design and implement innovative strategies that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute customer loyalty programmes that drive repeat business and increase customer retention
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure programme success
- Monitor and analyse programme performance to identify areas for improvement
- Proven experience in CRM and loyalty programme management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Salary: £43,000 per annum (estimated based on location and industry standards)
