Lead Our CRM Programme

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Programme Manager to lead our loyalty and CRM marketing strategies across the UK and Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive CRM programme that drives customer engagement and retention.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in CRM marketing, customer segmentation, and personalisation with measurable commercial results. You will collaborate with data and digital marketing teams to deliver high-impact customer communications that foster sales growth and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a CRM programme to drive customer engagement and retention
• Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms, including email, social media, websites, and direct mail
• Utilise data to segment audiences and tailor CRM programmes for maximum impact
• Collaborate with CRM teams, external partners, and marketing channels to ensure alignment and success
