Job Description:

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £83,000 per annum

We are seeking a skilled Learning Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with students with disabilities, providing tailored support to help them achieve their full potential.

  • You will support the learning and development of students with SEN in both group and one-on-one settings.
  • You will implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under the guidance of the SENCO and teaching staff.
  • You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to monitor and support progress.
Your Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, etc.). A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning and development is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
