About the Role

PK Education is seeking a supportive learning assistant to join our team in Birmingham. As a full-time SEN teaching assistant, you will provide one-to-one support and small group tuition to pupils who require additional help.

  • Encourage progression and foster a love of learning in pupils with challenging behaviour or special educational needs
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement tailored learning plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to pupils, helping them to overcome barriers to learning

With a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, you can expect to earn a decent income while making a real difference in the lives of others.
