We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex needs in a resource base provision within a Primary School in South Birmingham.

Salary and Benefits:
  • Minimum rate of pay: £86.40 per day (full-day rate)
  • Accredited continued professional development courses including safeguarding and behaviour management
  • In-house Training and Development Team

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with special needs, challenging behaviour, and personal care assistance, preferably in a SEN school setting or provision.

This is a Full-Time role starting in January 2025 and will continue for the rest of the academic year.
