Experienced SEN Teacher for North Birmingham School

We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team at a reputable SEN school in North Birmingham.
Job Description:
- Teach KS3 children with complex special needs, providing full class teacher responsibilities and lesson planning.
- Support the development of small groups of pupils, working closely with Teaching Assistants.
- Lead lesson planning and preparation based on individual learner requirements, ensuring a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with the SENCO and other staff members to deliver high-quality education and support.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- QTS qualified with previous experience in SEN teaching.
- Proven track record of supporting pupils with complex needs, including PDA and Autism.
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Able to form strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and pupils.
- Flexible and patient approach to meeting individual learner needs.
