Job Description:

We're looking for a visionary Customer Success expert to lead our team and drive business growth through strategic initiatives and change management. As a pivotal leader, you'll oversee customer journeys, analyze data, and accelerate commercial approaches.

  • Leverage data insights to drive product adoption and engagement.
  • Analyze market trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead four departments key to customer journeys – implementation, support, renewals for enterprise, and other renewals.

You'll collaborate closely with commercial departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong background in Customer Success with experience in implemented new reporting methods and software applications.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic initiatives and change management.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and derive actionable insights.
