Lithe is a rapidly expanding software company with a vibrant and dynamic team.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented Sales Account Executive to join our team and contribute to our success in selling our Ondox AI document processing software platform.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Grow and develop large territories/accounts, exceeding targets.
- Forecast sales performance accurately.
- Craft and deliver a compelling value proposition.
- Adhere to and execute the established sales process and MEDDICC methodology, maintaining high standards of consistency and effectiveness.
- Report regularly to the Sales Manager on sales performance, pipeline status, and key insights, ensuring transparency and alignment with company goals.
- Deliver remote or in-person presentations/demonstrations.
- Manage personal sales pipeline in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and alignment with our sales processes.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of new business sales wins, particularly in selling enterprise software products and services in the IT industry.
- Business sales and business development experience in a professional environment.
Compensation:
- Salary: £45,000-£70,000 per year.
- Bonus scheme.
- Commission pay.
- Performance bonus.
Location: Derry, N. Ireland, UK. Hybrid - Home Based.
Language: English (Native level)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
