Enterprise Software Account Executive

Lithe is a rapidly expanding software company seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Executive to join our vibrant and dynamic team. As an Enterprise Software Account Executive, you will have a primary focus on selling our Ondox AI document processing software platform to businesses in the Derry area.

Lithe is a global leader in AI document processing software, dedicated to providing innovative solutions to businesses worldwide. Our software enables clients to streamline their document processing workflows, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Grow large territories/accounts, lead development, and exceed targets.
• Accurately forecast sales performance.
• Craft and deliver a complex value proposition.
• Execute the established sales process and MEDDICC methodology, maintaining a high standard of consistency and effectiveness.
• Report regularly to the Sales Manager on sales performance, pipeline status, and key insights, ensuring transparency and alignment with company goals.
• Deliver remote or in-person presentations/demonstrations.
• Manage personal sales pipeline in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and alignment with our sales processes.
Key Requirements:
• Proven track record of new business sales wins, particularly in selling enterprise software products and services in the IT industry.
• Business sales and business development experience in a professional environment.
Benefits Package:
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000.00-£80,000.00 per year, depending on experience. You can also expect a comprehensive benefits package, including a company pension, employee rewards and benefits platform, bonus scheme, commission pay, and performance bonus. Additionally, you will work in a hybrid - home based setup with a Monday to Friday schedule.
