Adult Homecare Service Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and establish a high-quality adult homecare service, leveraging the resources and reputation of a nationally recognized market leader. With a focus on delivering exceptional care, you'll have the flexibility to make decisions that set the standard for excellence in the care sector.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a level 5 NVQ in Management in care or be willing to work towards achieving this. You'll also need to have knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance and experience working within the care sector at management level.
A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, is on offer, along with benefits including career progression opportunities, annual leave, and more.
