At Helping Hands, we're seeking a dynamic and ambitious Care Manager to lead our new branch in Ashford. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving the growth and success of this venture from day one.

The ideal candidate will possess a level 5 NVQ in Management in care or be willing to work towards achieving this. You'll also need to have knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance and experience working within the care sector at management level.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits including:
