Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Acute Medical services team as a Clinical Leadership Specialist.

About the Role

This innovative position will involve working across the acute floor, driving change and innovating practice to improve patient care in line with current trust and local programmes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as a clinical leader within the Acute Medical services, initiating and managing change initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Person Specification

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Registration as a qualified practitioner (Nurse/AHP/Paramedic).
  • A Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice.
  • Advanced Life Support certification.
  • Non-medical independent prescribing qualification.
  • Formal teaching and mentorship qualification.
  • NHS leadership qualification.
  • Advanced Life Support Instructor status.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
