Job Title: Clinical Team Leader

Location: Cinque Ports Vets, Kingsnorth Veterinary Centre

Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.

This leadership role provides an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to lead our theatre team at Cinque Ports Vets. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the theatre, ensuring that all procedures are carried out to the highest standards, and maintaining a safe working environment for both staff and patients.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in a similar role, with excellent leadership skills and a strong understanding of theatre protocols. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.Key responsibilities include:Leading and managing the theatre team to ensure smooth operation of daily routines and schedulesCoordinating and prioritizing surgical cases, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing delaysDeveloping and implementing policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and safety
