We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. In this role, you will lead the clinical team, maintaining a clinical caseload that aligns with the needs of the school and students. You will be responsible for embedding clinical excellence within the education team, ensuring clear outcome measures and evidence-based practices.


You will contribute to staff training, provide clinical consultation, and work across other Outcomes First Group sites to develop a support network of colleagues. This role requires a Doctoral level degree in Psychology, experience in supervision, and strong report writing skills.
