We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical/Educational Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group.

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team and maintain a clinical caseload, enhancing clinical excellence in a school setting.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Enhancing EHCP targets
  • Supporting clinical disciplines
  • Ensuring clear outcome measures

You will also contribute to staff training, provide clinical consultation, and work across other sites to develop a support network.

A doctoral degree in Psychology and experience in supervision are essential for this role, as well as clear report writing skills.

This is a permanent position, with a salary range of approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
