We're excited to announce the opening of a new branch in Ashford and are looking for a passionate and results-driven Care Manager to lead this new venture. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for shaping and establishing a high-quality adult homecare service that prioritizes the quality of life of our customers and Carers.

With a focus on delivering exceptional care, you'll have the flexibility to make decisions that set the standard for excellence in the care sector.

The ideal candidate will possess a level 5 NVQ in Management in care or be willing to work towards achieving this. You'll also need to have knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance and experience working within the care sector at management level.

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, is on offer, along with benefits including career progression opportunities, annual leave, and more.
