The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience within Children's Homes and hold a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care with Children and Young People. Salary is estimated at £35,000 - £40 per week for 40 hours of work. Benefits include 28 days annual leave and a rolling 4-week rota with 2 weekends on and 2 off.

In this role, you will deliver care and support to young people while adhering to the Children's Home Regulations and Quality Standards. Your duties will be diverse, including ensuring the well-being and safety of residents. We are looking for someone who can adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.
