Job Type: Part-time
Hours: 3 days a week, Monday to Thursday: 8AM - 5:15PM and Friday: 8AM - 4PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Clients First: Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering queries, and resolving issues promptly
- Administrative Efficiency: Process administrative tasks efficiently, including phone calls, bookings, and updating internal systems
- Reception Excellence: Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming reception area
Requirements:
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable, and able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Technical Competence: Proficient in using computer software, particularly Word and Excel
Compensation Package: Competitive salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience
