About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at PSR Solutions. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our Children's Home, supporting the management team and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of the home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our young people
  • Support the management team in the development and implementation of care plans
  • Contribute to the recruitment, training, and development of staff
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential childcare, including experience in a supervisory capacity
  • Level 3 Diploma qualification in Residential Childcare (England)
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management is desirable
  • A full UK driving licence, held for at least 12 months
