Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Award-winning law firm Ashville Knight is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Oxford. As a key member of the firm's conveyancing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional legal services to clients.

• Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, Shared Ownership, Re-mortgages, and New Build developments.
• Handle cases from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of service throughout.
• Draft and approve legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds.
• Maintain the firm's case management system accurately and efficiently.
• Manage all post-completion formalities.
• Conduct legal research where necessary to support your caseload.
• Provide clear, concise, and responsive legal advice to clients.

• Residential Conveyancing fee earning experience essential.
• Proven track record of meeting fee targets and deadlines.
• Strong legal knowledge and understanding of the conveyancing process.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to the wider team.
